1. Scope and platform role
ausX provides the technical platform for classifieds, profiles, social posts, messaging, bookmarks, ratings, premium placements, direct purchase options and optional checkout functions. Unless ausX is expressly marked as seller, contracts are concluded directly between the participating members.
2. Member accounts
Members must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. Certain functions may require email, phone, identity or admin verification.
3. Listings and content
Listings, posts, images, videos, audio files and profile information must be truthful, lawful and assigned to the correct category. Users must hold the required rights for all uploaded content.
4. Prohibited use
Illegal content, fraud, spam, harassment, discrimination, copied listings, fake profiles, rights-infringing uploads and attempts to bypass security or payment systems are prohibited.
5. Premium, power users and shops
Premium plans and power-user/shop features may add visibility, badges, extra media, shop-style listings, Shopify bridge functions or advertising options. Professional sellers remain responsible for all legal provider duties, pricing, tax, warranty, cancellation and imprint obligations.
6. Direct purchase, cart and escrow status
Where enabled, listings may be treated like shop products. Checkout, platform fees, payment state, shipment tracking and possible escrow release follow the conditions shown during purchase.
7. Messaging, ratings and reports
Messaging may only be used for permitted communication. Members may block or report users, posts, listings and messages. Ratings must be factual and based on real experience.
8. Verification
Verification badges indicate that selected information has been checked according to ausX internal processes. They are not a guarantee of solvency, legal compliance or transaction success.
9. Availability and changes
ausX aims to provide stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, limited or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal or technical reasons.
10. Liability
ausX is liable according to statutory rules. For user-generated content, transactions, delivery, payment, ratings and communication between members, ausX is responsible only within the limits required by law.
